They must have the ability to support all operating systems like Windows, Mac, Linux, UNIX and all media types, to provide a wider scope of services and better meet client or customer needs. They must remain informed about data storage capabilities and technologies. They must provide accurate, cost-effective data safety and integrity solutions to the customers.

They must be trustworthy, as some of the client’s data can be confidential. They must not leak client data to others. They must be honest with their profession. They must be good team members, to create strong customer relationships.

Since the data and information are considered keys to success, these professionals are in great demand in the industry. There is great opportunity to grow in this profession.
